The Gallery hosts a spectrum of visual art exhibitions featuring sculpture, paintings and works on paper by noted national, regional, and emerging artists. The 3000 sq. ft. space is also used for events staged amid the art on display.
Most exhibitions feature an event that promotes dialogue between our artists and collectors such as readings, lectures, or documentary films.

The 4000 sq. ft. Atelier offers classes and workshops year round in metal, stone and wood sculpture. Under the instruction of Master Sculptor, David Boyajian, students learn the techniques of the modernists as they apply to contemporary sculpture including methods for traditional and functional three-dimensional art.

The Sculpture Field’s 4-acre grassy slope exhibits outdoor sculptures year round that harmonize with the rural landscape. Artists are invited to loan pieces for long term exhibition while Sculpture Barn represents David Boyajian’s work ongoing in the field.

The actual Barns built in 1942 have a historic provenance. Its last owner, Mike Nevelson, was also a noted sculptor. He converted the structures in 1963 into his studios and living spaces. His mother, Louise Nevelson, reigned as one of the most celebrated diva-artists in the second half of the Twentieth Century. Sculpture Barn is committed to preserving this history via its resident artist and internship programs which provide a balanced education between the business of art in the office and the making of art it in the studio.

The Sculpture Field and Gallery are open to the public Wed. - Sun., from 10 am to 6 pm from April through December. January - March ** open by appointment only.
